We understand how much you miss your dog and how much they miss you while you are away. We have a staff of gentle, kind and compassionate individuals who love caring for your pets. We give our overnight guests lots of personal attention according to their individual needs. Some prefer to spend most of their time socializing with other dogs outside while others just like to sit and get hugs and rubs from all of our staff.
Outdoor Dog Run
Our outdoor area is different than anything else you can find in the Frisco TX or the surrounding communities of Dallas, Plano or McKinney (TX). In addition to its large size, there are many large natural shade trees and open fencing so they can fully view all their surroundings.
Your dogs will have lots of freedom to run and play. Included in their stay is at least three daily off leash exercise times to interact with our staff and other dogs in our care. The large yard allows them plenty of room to play chase with each other, fetch a ball, or just stay busy sniffing around the trees and bird watching.
Our “Happy Hours” during the middle of the day offer an extended period of outside time when they can socialize with other boarding guests. The dogs LOVE meeting new friends and engaging each other and our staff in play time.
Indoor Dog Run Facilities
As well as providing plenty of time and room to exercise outside we also take pride in our indoor runs. We maintain a clean and healthy environment for your pet’s safety and comfort. The indoor area has abundant natural light and a separate air conditioning system that provides large amounts of clean, filtered air to circulate constantly. The floors are cleaned and safely disinfected daily. We make sure all our boarders are parasite free during their stay with us.
Dog Boarding Diet & Daily Nutrition
Dogs are fed twice daily unless otherwise instructed. You can bring their food from home or they can eat our diet of Eukanuba low residue kibble. This is a high quality, easily digestible diet that is very palatable to most dogs.
Individual Dog Boarding Care & Attention
All of our boarding guests have an individual boarding log sheet that tracks all the details of their stay. We keep detailed records of their appetite, eliminations, medications, diet, and any other special needs of your pet.
Our boarding service allows us to get to know our patients and care for them on an individualized basis. We know you have placed great trust in us when you leave your pets in our care and we take this responsibility very seriously. We will always do our best to make their stay safe and comfortable while you are away.
